At Four Rivers CrossFit our goal is to cultivate a fit community that transforms lives by providing a conditioning and strength fitness program, so that people may live a happier and healthier life through fitness.
Four River CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. At 4RCF, you will find kettle bells, barbells, medicine balls, and open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.
At Four Rivers CrossFit, you’ll receive more than just a cool place to work out: you’ll receive personal instruction during EVERY workout. We take the guesswork out of your workouts. Whether you are a competitive athlete or a person who simply wants to enjoy and improve your physical fitness: CrossFit is for you. Each workout is scalable and do-able by each and every person that walks through our door. We cheer each other on and help each other tackle every WOD.
