Group classes with a CUSTOM approach. At Four Rivers CrossFit, you’ll receive more than just a cool place to work out: you’ll receive personal instruction during EVERY workout. We take the guesswork out of your workouts. Whether you are a competitive athlete or a person who simply wants to enjoy and improve your physical fitness: CrossFit is for you.

Group Based
CF 101
Before starting CrossFit, we require all new members to take our foundation course, CF 101. This goes over fundamental CrossFit movements and makes sure you’re set to start!
