Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level. Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire. Sign up today!

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.

You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!

We offer an exciting, challenging and varied programming which will keep it fun! The workouts are published in advance

Some days are more strength focused where will focus on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings and occasionally some olympics lifts will be included.

Other days, we may focus more on cardio & conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything. Sign up today!

Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.

The coach will brief on the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction.

At the end of class, we will cool down together to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury. Sign up today!

Lisa Robertson

COACH

Lisa Robertson grew up in Ontario Oregon and sports and exercises have been a part of her life since she was a child.  ‘My parents’ instilled in my siblings a ‘love of sport, and I am so happy that I was able to pass that love on to my 4 kids.” Attended Gonzaga University on a volleyball scholarship and have been coaching throughout my adult life. Was introduced to Crossfit in 2013, just after having back surgery. I was convinced that I wasn’t going to be able to find my way back into a health body and mindset. My first WOD, 50 jumping pull-ups and I survived. Everyone survives, that’s what our 4RCF community is about- walking thru the door, embracing change all while being around rockstar people. CrossFit has impacted my life in so many ways, it is my therapy, my ‘tribe’ and I have been blessed and extremely humbled witnessing the changes it makes in not only our athletes, but also in our coaches.  Never in a million years did I think this is what I would be doing in adulthood- I truly wake up every day thinking ‘BEST JOB EVER.’ Getting to work out with my 76-year-old mom, sister, niece and nephew and all 4 of my children is just icing on the cake.  Being MINDFUL of my health and wellness is paramount for me at this state of my life.

Angie Soulen

COACH

Angie Soulen, Grew up in Ontario, Oregon the youngest of 3.  My 2 older siblings were stud athletes and I was the runt trying to keep up.  Our family lived a very active lifestyle, my earliest memories are playing tennis, snow and water skiing, riding horses, & picking huckleberries in the Idaho Mountains.  During school we all of us played 3 sports throughout the year.  I love to compete and be fit an have always been ‘pretty good’ at all kinds of sports, certainly far from the best, which makes CrossFit a perfect sport for me!  I’m a varsity coach for Weiser High School tennis and have learned that I’m passionate about helping others enjoy life through health and fitness, that and the fact that growing up as the 3rd child being a coach is the only way I can finally speak my mind and actually be heard-lol.  I’m grateful for the chance to help people who walk through the doors at 4RCF feel welcomed & excited about working out!

Nick Varriale

COACH

Nick Varriale has grown up in Fruitland and loved playing sports through high school and college. Once he finished playing sports competitively that’s where CrossFit really started. Whether participating, watching, coaching, or just hanging around the gym, Nick loves CrossFit. The sport lights a competitive fire under him and he has a great feeling of accomplishment when setting a PR on one of his many favorite ‘Girl’ benchmarks, however the process of showing up and working hard is what he thinks makes it fun. There’s never a bad day at the gym, even if the workout includes the dreaded echo bike.

Charlie Odom

COACH

Charlie Odom is a CrossFit Level 1 Instructor. He started CrossFit in December 2017 as a way to lose a few stubborn pounds. Charlie quickly fell in love with the constantly changing workouts and the fellowship that surrounded the athletes every day. He enjoys watching others gain this same excitement to show up and sweat with their fitness friends.

With a childlike sense of humor, he rarely takes himself or the challenges of the day too seriously. He’s always willing to spend the extra time with an athlete that wants to master a new skill or lift. Helping others achieve success with new movements, from pull-ups to muscle-ups, puts a smile on his face. He may also have an addiction to new gear, primarily shoes.

Matt Frye

COACH

Matt Frye, grew up in Fruitland and found CrossFit shortly before the birth of his daughter.  He sought out some way to get back into athletic shape and help be a good example for his kids.  He has been always been involved in athletics, playing three sports throughout high school and playing football in college.  The transition to becoming a coach was made easier by Matt’s past experiencing coaching football at FHS.  

Matt loves to lift weights and loves running more, because he knows that he needs it. CrossFit has allowed Matt to continue the sports he loves and find new interests. Using his fitness both inside and outside of the gym are a must, from daily workouts, to hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or playing sports with his wife Sally and two children.

Sally Frye

Sally Frye has a passion for happiness and helping others reach their goals.  She has two sweet children with her husband Matt.  She is always happy to see everyone and likes the music loud!  Her classes are a real treat and a party even at 530AM

Robby Withers

COACH

Robby Withers, one of our certified CrossFit coaches, loves those barbells!  He loved lifting and working on his technique and strength.  Robby understands that getting stronger needs to be coupled with metabolic conditioning, even though running is his Kryptonite, he still does it.  Health and fitness are really important to Robby and his family as they continue to expand their physical activities outside the gym.  Robby promotes CrossFit as fitness that will help out in all aspects of life.  He is passionate about coaching and is always keeping up on the latest and greatest training and education.

Krystal Withers

COACH

Krystal Withers has been doing CrossFit since 2011. She has just had her third child and was looking to get back in shape.  A friend told her about a guy who was doing CrossFit out of his shop.  After one class Krystal was hooked.  She has never looked back.  She continued in that shop for two years until they eventually opened a real CrossFit box and she followed right along behind.  Kystal wanted to be a trainer from the beginning.  She loves the community and friendships she has made.  Her whole family comes to the box.  Two of her three children participate in classes and her third is anxiously waiting her turn.  Krystal’s husband Robby, is her biggest supporter- not to mention smokin’ hot!  Krystal is excited to continue teaching, training, and learning.

Tony Howard

COACH

Tony Howard is a CrossFit Level 1 Instructor. He has been involved with CrossFit since December 2015. He loves health and fitness and has been involved in athletics from a very early age. Tony most enjoys the gymnastic aspect of CrossFit and loves to challenge himself to master new movements and challenges.

He loves seeing people complete movements and skills that they once believed were impossible. Quick to smile and always ready with a joke, he is usually the biggest kid in the room. His love of costumes and contests have won him many accolades as well as side eye glances of concern. Want him to do something? Tell him he can’t or that he will get a T-shirt and a medal. He is always up for an adventure and the constant variation of CrossFit works great with his lack of ability to sit still.

Chris Bowker

COACH

Chris Bowker was born and raised in Montana and moved to Fruitland in 1998.  Chris has been involved in competitive sports throughout his life and CrossFit has given him an avenue to stay active and continue his fitness journey.  He has his level 1 and 2 certifications and has been involved in CrossFit since 2013.

Katrina Stice

COACH

Katrina Stice and her husband Adam live in Fruitland with their 4 kids.  They are a very active family playing a variety of sports along with downhill skiing, boating, hiking, and biking.  Katrina was first introduced to CrossFit in the Summer of 2011 and immediately fell in love with the competitive feeling and constantly varying workouts.  Coming from a sports background her whole life playing volleyball and running track clear until college, she immediately was drawn to the competitive nature of CrossFit even when the competition was only herself.  After several years of class workouts Katrina decided to challenge herself more and went to get certified in 2015.  Katrina has been coaching with Four Rivers since Spring of 2016 and loves seeing people work hard and grow.  Especially when they challenge themselves and do things, they did not think was possible.

Erin Hemenway

COACH

I grew up in Fruitland, Idaho. She earned a ??? and is currently employed as Dental Hygienist. Erin is an avid traveler and loves the outdoors. She loves skiing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, riding mountain bikes and dirt bikes. The constantly varied activity in CrossFit helps keep me on my toes for all my favorite activities.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
